Unique Support Service

The Insureware Support Service is a unique consulting service provided by the Insureware Statistical Department to ICRFS-Plus™ subscribers. If you're having trouble analysing a particularly tricky dataset, or you need an expert opinion on the adequacy of your models, simply e-mail the ICRFS-Plus™ database containing all your triangles and models to us.

We will put all our knowledge and experience to use and perform a thorough analysis of your data. You receive our models and a full report of our methods, results and conclusions, often within 24 hours. We hope that our Support Service provides you and your company with the information you need to make decisions, and enhances your own data-modelling skills.

We are also more than happy to answer any questions you may have about using ICRFS-Plus™ in general.

Finally, Insureware also provides high-tech advice on mergers and acquisitions, risk based capital requirements, optimal asset allocation and reinsurance programs.
